We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Supervisor to lead our successful shifts!

Job Description

As a Supervisor at Chosen Bun you are responsible for managing shifts solo, in the absence of the Manager.

This will give you the opportunity to hone your people-managing skills whilst gaining an insight into managing a store of your own.

Requirements of a Supervisor:

• Previous QSR / Restaurant / Hospitality experience;
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous;
• Demonstrable supervisory and/or leadership qualities.

Responsibilities of a Supervisor:

• Running shifts to the best of your ability;
• Ensuring all team members know and enforce Chosen Bun’s service and product guarantees;
• Ensuring that all Chosen Bun operation, cleanliness and health and hygiene standards are maintained at all times;
• Representing Chosen Bun in a professional manner and refer any queries or concerns outside of your responsibility to your Manager; and
• Have fun and come up with new ideas or menu items

As a Moped Rider, you are one of our delivery team and you are one of the faces of our brand. You will meet and greet customers whilst delivering high-quality burgers and chips to their doors.

Responsibilities of the Moped Rider:

• Deliver our product to our customers by push bike;
• Maintain the image of the brand at all times by ensuring you meet Chosen Bun image standards and that you are courteous, polite and helpful to our customers;
• Obey all relevant traffic laws in the course of your duties;
• Help out the Instore team where required.
